CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid the following fees. Appointments canceled or rescheduled: 24-48 hours prior 50% of the scheduled service 8-24 hours prior 75% of the scheduled service <8 hours prior 100% of the scheduled service Illness I understand that unexpected illness occurs. Unfortunately, cancellations or rescheduling due to illness are still subject to my standard cancellation guidelines. As a courtesy, if I am able to successfully fill your original appointment slot before the scheduled time, you will only be responsible for the portion of the time or services that remain unbooked. Late Arrival Punctuality ensures that I can provide the full, quality service you deserve. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, I may need to modify or cancel certain services to accommodate subsequent clients. Please be advised that you will still be responsible for paying the full price of all original services booked, even if they could not be completed in the shortened time frame. No-Shows If you no-call/no-show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled services in full. Change of Service Changes to your scheduled services may be made up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. After this time, any omitted services will be treated as a cancellation and be charged at 50% of the cost of service. Requests for additional services will be accepted or denied at my discretion and are subject to schedule availability.
